Agreed between the trainees and the institution, PEP-G ELECTRICAL and PHILIPPINE CENTER FOR ENERGY INC. This specifies the conditions under which the Recognized Training Institution will provide instruction to the trainee.
1. The participants agree to accept and support the policies of the organizers and to pay the required charges for registration and other fees.
2. The participants should have made payment of Php 500.00 five (5) working days before the training starts in full. Partial payments/installments are not applicable to all. If payment has not been settled on time, the organizer has the option to cancel or remove the participant from the scheduled training without need of any further notice.
4. The organizers will not be responsible for any statement of policy or procedure that does not appear in the program/course outline.
5. Any concerns regarding the attendance conflict, failure to comply, rescheduling of evaluations, and requesting of documents shall be delivered through email. This conference is registered with the Professional Regulations Commission for Continuing Professional Development and must be strictly adhered to by the participants
7. The participants is expected to adhere with the schedule of exams and evaluations.
8. The participants must be expected to complete attendance rating, day of absents with valid reason are suggested to pass this criterion. However, the participants shall send notice of absence as a formal documentation.
9. The organizer shall provide certificate of attendance, and certificate of completion after the trainee have completed the discussed requirements to pass the training course. Any other documents besides from mentioned earlier, shall be requested by the trainee and will wait for 3-5 business days to process.
10. The organizer is not allowed to give a copy of recorded sessions and editable course materials. This is one of the rules imparted to RTI's. Further, unauthorized recording or distribution of training materials shall be subject to legal action.
